I mentioned a week ago that Nexrad and HAARP were not the only weather mod tower systems they have at their disposal. Now you have seen them in action. When used for weather mod they primarily act like cloud or precipitation magnets. They can attract or repel clouds or storm systems. Perfect for drawing in heavy rain storms or hurricanes especially if you want to draw it in and up the coastline instead of it naturally drifting out to sea. Yep, that happened but the winds at the front knocked out the power to the towers so they lost their grip on it. After that they fortified the power lines to the towers, of course. This tower system has them positioned every 10 to 20 miles apart statewide. Weather mod is not their only nefarious capability like most systems which could be used for some good but fully developed as a weapon. That's all I have to say about that.

Unfortunately the high altitude spraying is out of reach of any state's jurisdiction. It's not just jets high altitude balloons as high as high as 80,000 ft. dispersing what ever. Florida's ban goes into affect on July 1st. I'm afraid we won't see much change. As it is now they spray out over the gulf and it moves in over land then spreads out over the state.Try tracking them and you see nothing. There are also sensitive military operations ongoing out there that have nothing to do with geoengineering. They are watching foreign military operations.
