And yet, trumpenstein has the Constitutional authority to override any uncooperative governor under an emergency declaration, then order that states National Guard units into action.
Therefore, he could declare a national emergency due to the chemtrailing operations then demand every governor activate their states Air National Guard units on standby, ordered to escort any chemtrailing operations out of that airspace. If any governor refuses, he has the Constitutional authority to order those actions, specific to that state.
Just like he could have overrode Seattle's governor whom refused to activate the guard units to remove the hostages and dismantle the "Autonomous Zone". That which resulted in Americans being robbed, raped extorted, kidnapped and one murdered as a result.
The authority is there. Furthermore, I'm positive the operational awareness is there as well, but unfortunately his puppeteers won't allow it. And since he remains silent or openly supportive of all the ongoing genocidal agendas (chemtrails, darpa, chicken slaughtering, food recalls, ccp invaders, middle east genocides, etc) it would appear that this inaction is undoubtedly deliberate compliance.
The people are the last resort, but I sincerely doubt that there's enough testicular fortitude remaining in America to forge a formidable resistance.
