• THREE small, Amish-funded schools penalized for admitting unvaccinated students with religious objections.
• Their attorneys say paying the fines would require selling land or other community property.
• An administrative judge recommended NO financial penalties. The health commissioner imposed them ANYWAY.

These are Amish schools on Amish land... with Amish money. This is nuts.

Now they’re asking the SUPREME COURT to intervene. Thankfully they've got 21 states (and rising) in support so far.
