Maybe try to get an approximation by plane readings at nexrad beam elevations of radiations using emf ,Geiger,other equipment ie solicit some donations specific to that mission..you could jive the usual screen USA readings to where your at in the air at exact moments when blue and other waves pass and correlate to future approximations of how much radiation were getting each day from just one days readings...
May not be so easy as hard to say what height those color waves are peaking at and how diminished at lower elevations...perhaps you could attempt 3 reading approximations one at zero elevation,one 6000 feet and one at peak say of maybe 25k feet I'd guess...
Then we can take those readings combine it with emf readings from ground sources for a total of emf exposure per state avg
I'm no expert but studying the emf detectors technical workings a must.
One big factor is it's questionable if the 4O-70ghz detectors are genuine.. Only last couple years have the been available to public for affordable pricings after being like $15000+ for years but I question if their set right as they've made such a previous effort to keep them out of public's hands and only rent then to govt workers.
Think you'll need to buy 2 of them and one for 1 to 30 k range and see if legit same readings, maybe try to locate one pre 2012 or so before so regulated out ie so we cant see fried..
Other factor is directional will pick up smaller pencil size beams that may be occuring as well as where from and more likely to pick up micro pulsing,so quick others miss it..but pulsing very tough on our bodies made for regular stream not jumping our electrons and such up n down n around etc. In fact micro pulsing for that reason may well be common in weaponry geared emf devices (another question is what's maximin setting GHz and Amps ie all GHz opens your cells bit to toxins or incorrect unhealthy flow or non flows of nutrients,Chen's,etc but 2.4 water freq GHz,24 ghz and 60 ghz(air n water combined freq) frequency user in European medical, military experiments to open cells for drug delivery..some routers,ambulances, medical devices like respirators, law enforcement etc use 60 ghz and it and possibly to 75 ghz is used for home penetration to see criminals and all on a radar like system..allegedly most Amazon and at & t trucks have 60 GHz plus..not sure if on that..

I suggest calling a few emf experts,preferably with pole or military background and try to comprehend it all then tell us how bad so reductions can be justified at court and activist level
