The Hurricane Hunter aircraft fly up and over a hurricane then drop down into the eye to gather data about the storm. That used to be a C-130 Hercules in the old days, I think they are still using that craft. So they can fly aircraft up over the storm if it's important enough ...like chemtrails.

It might be shifting to the west a bit Ariana. The storm adjusters are flustered.
