Sen. Mark Kelly (D-AZ) has a company or used to have a company, World View (WV). worldview.space WV claims to be a weather/climate study entity. They would or do position big ballons high up in the atmosphere at about 80,000 feet to "study" weather. But I'm of the opinion that at least one of their functions is actually to destroy weather. In the past during our short desert rainy season, July -August maybe September, monsoon we call it, one could observe the clouds building during the day to form large storm clouds which would result in a rainstorm in the afternoon /evening multiple days per week. Now days one can observe during the day as the clouds are forming and enlarging, they get blasted by something (I've been told microwave) which destroys them thus preventing the much needed rain and actually creating drought. It's easy to tell when a cloud has been "destroyed" if you know what you're looking for. While traveling I have noticed this practice of cloud destruction across the entire southern US.
Now here's the thing. When these clouds get bombarded and destroyed, in my feeble little mind the water vapor of these clouds does not get destroyed (the law of conservation of matter -matter can neither be created nor destroyed). The bombardment just disorganizes the cloud so that it can't condense, saturate and rain in that location. That is to say the clouds go from an expanding cauliflower appearance to a haze dispersed over a much, much larger area than the cauliflower cloud. I have hypothesized the water vapor from the bombarded clouds is directed elsewhere to supply the needed water vaper to create these horrific rainstorms and flooding that are so destructive. I theorize that the atmospheric moisture available for the recent floods around Kerr County TX was not some freak glut of moisture that mysteriously traveled up from the Gulf of Mexico to create the horrid, murderous event over 4 th of July weekend. I can't help but think it was intentionally engineered as a political distraction for the big, beautiful bill that was passed the day before. Interesting timing.
I suspect (I don't know this but I suspect) these high elevation ballons are also responsible for selectively setting fires such as Palisades and Maui and many others. In your research have you encountered any information on this type of activity along with the other atmospheric destruction occurring these days?
Let's assume the clouds are being bombarded with microwave - what happens to the plant and animal life beneath the bombarded clouds?
Hey Arianna, I’m trying to make sense of this…I don’t trust any one of the Silicon Valley tech people bc they’re so MK Ultra’d they like the smell of their own farts. Do you think the release of this info by her is a just disclosure of what’s already been done bc they’re distracting from phase 3 of their domination over our collective consciousness? The frequency fence is done. It’s almost as if they don’t even “need” to keep spraying bc the sky mesh medium is completely installed. And all our phones are now our handlers that interface with the mesh.
